What's up Guys,

HTR had the pleasure of attending the TNA House Show in Grand Rapids, MI last night and what a great show it was! 

The event took place at the Deltaplex and the crowd was very pro TNA!  Had a few NWO and WWE shirts in the crowd but they were drowned out by the TNA chants. 

Our seats were fifth row, ringside so we had a great view of all the action. 

TNA does a great job of being interactive with their fans at their house shows.  About 20 fans got the opportunity to go backstage and meet some of their favorite TNA stars.  After the show the TNA stars came out, took photos and signed autographs for the fans.  Kurt Angle took photos in the six-sided ring with fans for a $20 fee.  Not bad for an experience like that. 

Had the pleasure to talk to Jay Lethal and Jeremy Borash (JB) who was the MC/Ring Announcer for the night.  Overall it was a great experience!

The card for the show was as follows:

Chris Sabin vs. Jay Lethal: Sabin got the win and a huge pop from the crowd being a Michigan native.

Jacqueline vs. Rhaka Khan: Apparently Jackie is back in TNA and got the win over Rhaka Khan.  Surprisingly the crowd was into this match and there were a lot of Jackie chants! 

Rhino vs. Matt Morgan: Rhino agurably got the biggest pop of the night.  Matt Morgan is huge!  Rhino got the win with the Gore, Gore, Gore!! 

Angelina Love vs. Taylor Wilde: Wow!  Angelina Love looks even better in person!  This match was for the Knockout's Title but in the end Love won the match.  Crowd was very pro Taylor Wilde. 

Daniels vs. Eric Young: Very good match and the crowd loved it!  Daniels gets the win with the BME. 

Suicide vs. Alex Shelley: The X-Division title was up for grabs in a very fast paced match.  Though Chris Sabin tried to interfere, Suicide was still able to pull out the victory. 

Beer Money, Inc. vs. Kurt Angle and Scott Steiner: Steiner got a pop from the crowd that rivaled Rhino's.  Angle got a lot of heat.  So did Beer Money as the fans were confused as to whether to cheer or boo them.  Beer Money gets the victory and afterwards I got a beer shower from James Storm! 

Kurt Angle said that Vince McMahon can kiss his a$$!  (Those were his exact words.)

He said that he loves performing in front of smaller crowds as it gives him an opportunity to personally thank all the fans.  He talked about TNA's record ratings and said that he was staying in TNA.
